Greek Startup Company Idea Wins Swedish Competition

pavlos-georgiadisGreek entrepreneur Pavlos Georgiadis, co-founder of the startup company “We Deliver Taste,” is one of the 15 winners of this year’s “Smart Living Challenge” innovation competition that was held at the Swedish Institute in Stockholm.

“Smart Living Challenge” is an open, international innovation competition designed to generate business opportunities and ideas that foster a sustainable lifestyle in urban environments.

The competition was organized by the Swedish Institute and Munktell Science Park in over 120 countries. In Greece, it was hosted by the Embassy of Sweden in cooperation with Impact Hub Athens.

The 15 winners were awarded a trip to Sweden from December 6 to 12. During their stay, they were able to attend seminars, training sessions and meet with some of the country’s most important innovators in order to explore the possibilities for cooperation.

Georgiadis’ winning idea was his startup company. “We create business solutions through new restaurant concepts, product development and food supply management based on simplicity, real ingredients and human interactions,” wrote the company founders on their website. Their main focus is product development and management of distribution chains, based on facilitating communication and cooperation between producers and consumers through innovative peer-to-peer marketing platforms.
