The first program for Hellenism in Australia, named ‘From Australia with Love’, is ready to be screened on Sunday, the 15th of January. The program will be broadcast on TV at 10:30 a.m.(local time in Greece).
The hosts of the program will be Greek correspondents to Australia Alekos Markellos and Emma Papaemmanouil.
The program will be focusing on Diaspora Greeks, and their life, history and accomplishments, thus highlighting a group that comprises a substantial part of the multicultural population of Australia.
This new program aims at promoting cooperation between Greece and Australia concerning culture, sports, arts and tourism, something that is essential during the difficult economic circumstances that Greece is facing at the moment.
