The heiress of Anthony Quinn’s land in Rhodes claims hundreds of thousands of euros, if she doesn’t get her husband’s property back. The Greek Ministry of Finance is aware of the issue, while the compensation will be given only if the Parliament approves it. The famous actor bought the property for 64,000 drachmas in 1960, after participating in the film “The Guns of Navarone”, but never got title deeds. His dream was to create an international centre for artists and film-makers. Now his widow seems willing to do anything in order to get this property, as she has already raised the issue to the State Department.
