Simon Kassianides Stars in Chapter 11 of ‘The Mandalorian’

Disney+ hit show “The Mandalorian” just premiered Chapter 11 of its show – “The Heiress” – and there was a familiar Greek face on screen: Simon Kassianides.

The London-born Greek actor plays Axe Woves on the show, which takes place in the “Star Wars” universe.

Directed by Bryce Dallas Howard and written by Jon Favreau, Chapter 11 is the third episode of the show’s second season. It follows main character Mando as he undertakes a dangerous journey on the high seas and finds unexpected friends along the way. Kassianides character is a fellow Mandalorian who helps Mando in his quest.

Kassianides is best known for his work on “Agents of Shield”, “Pearson”, the Bond blockbuster “Quantum of Solace”, as well as the thriller “Unforgettable”.

With this new role on one of the most talked about shows of this year, it’s clear Kassianides will only continue to climb up the ranks of Hollywood.
