Through a Tweet, Minister of Education Niki Kerameus announced that she tested positive for the coronavirus on Tuesday.
Kerameus and her husband underwent testing after he began to show symptoms of the virus, and both their test results were positive. Kerameus is currently not experiencing any symptoms of Covid-19, however.

Following the self-isolation guidelines provided by scientists, the couple are staying home and avoiding contact with anyone else.
