Greek tennis superstar Stefanos Tsitsipas continued his successful path in this year’s Dubai Tennis Championship, this time beating Germany’s Jan-Lennard Struff by a score of 4-6, 6-4, 6-4 on Thursday.
The top Greek tennis player thus qualified for the semifinals of the tournament, where he will face Great Britain’s Dan Evans on Friday afternoon.
The entire encounter between Tsitsipas and Struff was tough, with the German player winning the first set; however, Tsitsipas managed to win the second, and then the third.
The Dubai Tennis Championships, also called the Dubai Open, is held annually in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates on outdoor hardcourts.
