Greek Musician Yianni To Perform in Egypt

The famous Greek musician and composer Yanni is going back to Egypt to perform at a concert at Mountain View North Coast on July 26 this year.

Yianni has devoted fans everywhere across the world, including the nation of Egypt. He has already performed in Cairo at the Giza Pyramids, holding two concerts over two days in 2015.

Yianni, whose real name is Yiannis Chryssomallis, is a 65-year old Greek composer, pianist, keyboardist, and music producer who currently lives in the US.

Some of his world-renowned albums include the 1980s “Optimystique,” “Keys to Imagination”, and “Out of Silence” as well as the 1990s “Dare to Dream” and “In My Time,” both of which were nominated for Grammy Awards.

The recording of Yianni’s live performance under the Acropolis in Athens in 1994 has sold more than seven million copies worldwide.
