Cyprus' Tallest Skyscraper Nears Completion (video)

It was announced recently that the first apartments in the “360 Nicosia” skyscraper — the tallest building in Cyprus — will be open for tenancy by August, ushering a new generation of living in the island’s capital.
Situated in the heart of the city, on one of its busiest streets, 360 Nicosia will tower over the hustle and bustle of the world below. It stands an impressive 135 meters (443 feet) high and is composed of 34 floors.
The building is named in honor of its expansive, completely unobstructed, panoramic view of the city and beyond – from the fist of Pentadactylos and the plains of Mesaoria, to the rising Troodos mountain range, and even the shoreline of Morphou.

A total of 27 floors will be dedicated to residential units, promising an upgraded living experience. Each residential unit can be fitted with high-quality amenities and furnishings, including marble accents, parquet flooring, and granite and quartz countertops, the best of contemporary carpentry, and superior quality fixtures, making for sensational living quarters.
With divine views of the city and menus brimming with gourmet dishes, the Sky Restaurant and Sky Club, situated on the 33rd and 34th floors respectively, promise a whole new level of fine dining.
