Michael Angelakos, the frontman of indie electropop band Passion Pit, announced that his band will hold a 10-year anniversary tour for their breakthrough LP “Manners”.

The tour will take place from late April to late May in North America. It will stop at major US and Canadian cities including San Francisco, Vancouver, Chicago, New York, Toronto, and Boston, among others.

“Manners” was the album which put Passion Pit and Angelakos on the map, with its debut single “Sleepyhead”. Since then, Passion Pit has released three additional albums, the last one titled “Tremendous Sea of Love” in 2017.

Angelakos has also used his position to become a passionate advocate for better understanding and support of mental health issues. The singer himself has lived with bipolar disorder for many years and is quite open with his fans about his experience.

For a full list of tour dates and cities, check out the tour announcement on the Consequence of Sound. Tickets go on sale February 8.
