King of Jordan Pleased with Trilateral Cooperation


King Abdullah II bin Al-Hussein of Jordan recently expressed his satisfaction with the trilateral cooperation that has developed between Cyprus, Jordan and Greece over the last years.
King Abdullah made his remarks at a November 29th ceremony where he received the credentials of Dr. Andreas P. Kouzoupis as the new Ambassador of the Republic of Cyprus to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. The King also expressed his country’s desire to further enhance economic and commercial ties between Cyprus and Jordan.

According to a press release, Ambassador Kouzoupis stated that Cyprus attaches great importance to the further deepening of its bilateral and trilateral relations with Jordan.
He also noted that under the reign of the present king, and his father, King Hussein, the Hashemite Kingdom has served as a beacon of stability and security in the Eastern Mediterranean and the Middle East.
