A new earthquake measuring 4.7 on the Richter scale was recorded in the Ionian Sea on Monday morning.
The tremor struck at 08:50 and was located 76 km southwest of Zakynthos island.
The island has been experiencing several aftershocks following a strong tremor on October 26 that measured 6.4 on the Richter scale and caused widespread damage.
