The Flisvos Marina, located in southern Athens, has been awarded the 5 Gold Anchors Platinum distinction by the Gold Anchor Scheme. It is the most prestigious international distinction for a marina.
In a ceremony at the Maritime Navigation Museum in Greece on Saturday, the Flisvos Marina was one of just two mega-yachtmarinas in Europe to receive the prestigious award.
The award highlights Flisvos’ high-end facilities, services, functionality, and its aesthetic beauty.
The marina is conveniently located just six kilometers from the center of Athens, and hosts numerous cultural events. It is also a popular destination for an evening stroll, and features an open-air cinema, trendy cafes, and restaurants.
