Bulgarian PM Weighs In On Macedonia Agreement (video)

It is important that the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia and Greece finalize the name agreement,” Bulgaria‘s Prime Minister Boyko Borisov told the Greek Reporter during the 73rd UN General Assembly in New York.
“What is really important is the good neighborly relations between Sofia and Skopje,” Borisov said. “It is also important that (Greek Prime Minister Alexis) Tsipras and (FYROM counterpart Zoran) Zaev finalize an agreement about the name in Athens and Skopje, and that his gives Skopje the prospects to Europe and NATO.”
Borisov also called the Greece – Bulgaria relations “fantastic”. “Our relations are the best possible,” he explained.
“We have very good relations with all political parties, with Prime Minister Tsipras, and opposition leader (Kyriakos) Mitsotakis,” he added.
