A Greek court has freed far-right lawmaker Konstantinos Barbarousis on bail of €30,000 ($35,000).
Barbarousis appeared before a magistrate on Wednesday on charges of treason.
The charges stem from an outburst last Friday in parliament when Barbarousis said the Greek military should arrest the president, prime minister and defense minister over the deal on the FYROM name issue.
According to reports, Barbarousis evaded a police blockade late on Friday in the western region of Aetoloakarnania where he sought refuge after a high-speed dash across the country.
His bail conditions include being banned from foreign travel. He will also have to report to police three times a month.
