John Stamos‘ fiancee Caitlin McHugh was robbed at the Beverly Hills Hotel just hours before the couple’s wedding this weekend.
According to TMZ, the pregnant McHugh came back from dinner on Friday night to find that $165,000 in jewelry had been stolen from her room. The jewelry was a loan to the model and actress from the Neil Lane collection. Presumably, she was going to wear some of it on her wedding day.
Law enforcement officials have no suspects in custody at the moment for the suspected burglary. There was no sign of forced entry in the bungalow.
McHugh called Stamos immediately, who rushed over to comfort her.
The couple got engaged in October of last year, and in December they released the news to the media that they are expecting a child.
At the moment, Beverly Hills Police have confirmed that they are actively investigating the burglary, but not much else is known about the incident.
