Dust has spread to all areas of the island on Friday morning, prompting the labour inspection department to issue more health warnings.
According to the Met office, dust levels will be roughly the same at least until Sunday morning, as winds from the south will bring more dust during Friday and Saturday.
The labour inspection department warned the public to stay indoors as much as possible and to avoid physical exercise.
People with respiratory problems, heart disease, kidney patients, children and the elderly need to be particularly careful.
The department also recommends the use of protective masks.
