Three Migrants Injured in Patras


Greek police arrested three Afghan nationals suspected for launching a brutal attack against co-patriots at an abandoned factory in Patras, western Greece, in the early hours of Friday.
Three Afghans were injured in the attack and were transferred to local hospitals for treatment.
According to reports, the suspects arrived by car at the AVEX factory premises, which is used by migrants as temporary shelter.
They attacked the migrants with knives, and one of the victims is seriously injured and  hospitalized, at Agios Andreas hospital.
Patras port has become a major gateway for undocumented migrants and refugees looking to get deeper into the European Union.
