‘Lord of the Rings’, Lefteris Petrounias, danced at a Greek night in Canada following his triumph at the World Gymnastics Championships in Montreal, on Saturday.
Petrounias who became only the ninth gymnast to win back-to-back golds in the rings, performed a zeibekiko dance routine and was also spotted taking a sip from a small glass.
The night; which was in his honor, was organized by the magazine of the Greek community, “Greek Vision”.
The 27-year-old scored 15.433 points after an excellent performance of his routine, with his closest rival Russia’s Denis Abliazin coming second with 15.333 points.
This was Petrounias’s seventh consecutive victory in all competitions.
