2017 Hellenic Entrepreneurship Award Winners Announced During Athens Ceremony

The 2017 Hellenic Entrepreneurship Awards (HEA) took place at the Foundation of the Hellenic World in Athens on Friday, rewarding young entrepreneurs for their work.
The awards this year went to five different groups of young, talented people with innovative ideas. The winners for 2017 are:
ALLCANCODE, computer programmers who believe that everyone can program, hence the name.
Quizdom Education are the people who invented the popular Quizdom television game show, with 2,000,000 downloads in Greece alone.
Tech Talent School teaches web design and digital marketing to young people 16 and up.
Kindred Honey Soda is a healthy beverage made with honey and lemon.
Fresh Strips is an innovative strip that is applied to packaged foods and changes color if the product stays in excessive heat for too long.
HEA is not just a monetary award but a web of support. It was launched by the Libra Group on behalf of The Hellenic Initiative (THI) in 2012 and every year rewards young entrepreneurs with fresh ideas.
This year, winners will receive up to 1,250,000 euros in funding, mentorship, legal advice and business support services by HEA and its network of sponsors and partners.
