Greek President Prokopis Pavlopoulos sent a congratulatory telegraph to Donald Trump following his victory in the United States elections. The Republican Candidate trumped Democrat presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, winning 244 electoral seats against 215 seats for the Democrats to become the 45th President of the United States.
Pavlopoulos sent the president-elect a telegraph, wishing him every “success on his important mission, at a time of global changes and challenges.”
The moving telegraph by the Greek leader who, apart from expressing his congratulations to Trump, also outlined the bonds that Greece and the United States have traditionally enjoyed that is based on “mutual values of Freedom, Human Rights and Democracy.”
