Portuguese Paulo Bento New Head Coach of Olympiacos FC

Untitled+1The 47-year-old Portuguese Paulo Bento will be the new head coach of Olympiacos, after the two sides came to an agreement late on Monday.
Bento will take the helm of Greece’s champions after a short, unsuccessful stint of Spanish manager Victor Sanchez. The official presentation of the football club’s new manager will take place on Tuesday.
The Portuguese manager had previously coached Sporting Lisbon for four years (2005-2009) before taking over Portugal’s national team (2010-2014). In May 2016 he moved to Brazil to coach Cruzeiro, but stayed for two months only.
Bento will be the “Reds” fourth Portuguese manager since 2012, after Leonardo Zardim, Vitor Pereira and Marco Silva.
