Zoe Kazan will be joining the cast of “Love, Love, Love” on the off-Broadway stage of the Laura Pels Theatre at the Harold & Miriam Steinberg Center for Theatre, in New York.
The cast will be led by acclaimed director Michael Mayer, who previously directed “Spring Awakening” and “American Idiot”. In addition to Kazan, Richard Armitage, Alex Hurt, and Amy Ryan will round out the cast.
The dark comedy by writer Mike Bartlett, who previously received a Tony nomination for best play of the year with “King Charles III”, covers four decades in North London, from the 1960s until almost modern times.
It takes a humorous look at the changing politics and social conditions of the world that made the baby boomers who they are today, from the passionate hippie days of their youth to their modern paranoia.
“Love, Love, Love” is scheduled to premiere on October 19th, and will have a limited engagement run until December 18th, so get your tickets soon if you are in the New York area. Previews will run from September 22nd.
