A 82-year-old woman received a junior high school diploma with an overall grade 19.6 out of 20 from the Second Chance School in Kozani, in northern Greece.
Soultana Gesou excelled in her ninth grade classes and got her diploma. During her studies she learned to use a computer for the needs of her courses and she had very good cooperation with her classmates and her teachers, he said.
The elderly woman told a reporter of state broadcaster ERT that her dream was to become a teacher. The 82-year-old said she will continue her studies as she has already registered in high school.
She also suggested that everyone should follow their dreams and struggle to achieve them.
