The Playboy Mansion is about to have a new owner, and it turns out its 32-year old billionaire Daren Metropoulos of private equity firm Metropoulos & Co.

Metropoulos made headlines a few years back for buying out Hostess Brands and saving the company, as well as American cake favorite Twinkies, from bankruptcy. He comanages his private equity firm with his Greek father, Dean Metropoulos.

90-year old Hugh Hefner has decided to sell the famous party mansion, but under the terms of the contract he will still get to live on the estate until the end of his life. Metropoulos currently lives next door to the Playboy Mansion.

Though the house was listed at $200 million, details haven’t come out about the final sale price. The five-acre estate and 12-bedroom house is famous not just for being the residence of Playboy founder Hefner, but also for hosting several wild star-studded parties over the years.

Though there are rumors that the rest of the Playboy company’s assets may start getting sold off as well, nothing is definite as of yet.

Daren Metropoulos hasn’t commented on his purchase or whether he will continue the mansion’s party tradition when he takes over.
