Athens Garden Festival Brings Theater Under Starry Canopy at National Gardens

Τhe “Athens Garden Festival,” taking place at the National Gardens, an oasis in the heart of the city, features nine concerts of film scores and songs over three days on June 3-5. Festival organisers — Athens Art Network and OPANDA (Athens Municipality Culture, Sport and Youth Organisation) — announced their program on Thursday.
The Athens Garden Festival Program is as follows:
Friday, June 3
6 pm – Athens Municipal Wind Instruments Philharmonic Orchestra Promenade from Syntagma through the National Gardens, conducted by Dimitris Michas.
Central Stage
7 pm – Carousel in cinema
8:15 om – Eptaichon
Saturday, June 4
Small Stage
6 pm ‘Dilemma’ in cinematic musical narratives
Central Stage
7 pm N.P. Children and Youth Symphony Orchestra playing “Dream in the Garden,” conducted by Nina Patrikidou
8 pm Soundtrack composer Marios Strofalis with the Teti Kasioni Quintet
Sunday, June 5
Small Stage
6 pm “8tetto” vocal group
Central Stage
7 pm The “Hellenic MusicaViva” ensemble playing “Love Stories from the Cinema” conducted by Ludmilla Limorova.
8:15 pm Athens Municipality Big Band
