Greek National Museum of Contemporary Art to Open in May

national_art_museumThe Greek National Museum of Contemporary Art is set to receive its first visitors on Thursday, May 19, while the grand re-opening is scheduled to take place later in the year.
The museum‘s renovation work is funded by the NSRF.
Visitors in May will have the opportunity to watch a performance entitled “Lagune” by Swiss artist Denis Savary and choreographer Marcella Manoliadi.
The performance, the first in a series of cooperation between the museum and the Fluxum Foundation in Switzerland, will celebrate the 100-year anniversary of dadaism in Zurich.
