Greek Urban Rail Security Guard Harasses African Passenger

A video of an urban rail security guard harassing an African passenger has become viral in social media in Greece.
The security guard of the Urban Rail Transport SA (ISAP) is shown telling a man of African origin to take his suitcase and move to the last wagon because he is blocking the door. He tells him that the train will not move unless he moves last wagon.
The passenger is telling the guard that his suitcase is not too big and the wagon is empty and his suitcase is not obstructing anyone. The security guard insists that there is a regulation that passengers with suitcases must be on the last wagon only. There is no such regulation, so the passenger refuses to move.

During the harassment, a female passenger is recording the incident on her smartphone and after a while she intervenes and tells the security guard that there is no such regulation, and if there is he should call the police.
Then the woman claims the suitcase is hers and urges the guard to call the police to prove that the suitcase is not hers.
At the intervention of the female passenger, the security guard backs down and lets the African man stay in the wagon with his suitcase.
