Greek President Pavlopoulos to Meet with Russian Counterpart in Moscow

pavlopoulos-putinPresident of the Hellenic Republic Prokopis Pavlopoulos will be travelling to Moscow in order to meet with his counterpart, Vladimir Putin, during a forum scheduled to take place on Friday, January 15.
The forum will focus on world events, as well as expectations in the short and medium term, and prospects of bilateral relations. The two Presidents will discuss about the Greek-Russian ties and relations, and the cooperation possibilities between the two countries in regards to the sanctions imposed on Russia by the European Union since 2014.
This will be the first meeting between Greek and Russian leaders since March 2015, when Putin received Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras in Moscow.
