After an incredible acting year with his turn as a villain in the James Bond movie “Spectre”, Dave Bautista is back at work on the new movie “Warrior’s Gate”.
The first pictures from Dave Bautista in full costume on set emerged on the Internet today, showing the former wrestler all dressed up and made up like a video game character, with face paint and huge medieval-looking fur dress.
The concept of the movie is that a boy gets sucked into a video game.
Bautista himself posted the photo on Facebook, along with the caption “Had a lot of fun filming with a great director”.
The film, directed by Matthias Hoene, will be released in 2016. Along with Bautista, Uriah Shelton (“The Glades”), Ron Smoorenburg, and Sienna Guillory (“Luther”) also star.
After filming ends Bautista won’t have much time off, as he has to show up to set for the “Guardians of the Galaxy 2” movie, which will start shooting in February.
