Greece has come to an agreement with the institutions on the reforms included in the second package of prior actions, European Commission spokeswoman Mina Andreeva confirmed.
She added that the implementation of the second package of prior actions, which is expected by mid-December, according to the November 23 Eurogroup decision, will unlock the 1 billion euro sub-tranche.
Asked on the social security reforms, she said that it is a basic element of the current memorandum and the European Commission provides Greece with the necessary technical assistance.
