Greek Man Achieves Diving World Record

diving-recordGreek diver Stavros Kastrinakis broke the freediving with interchangeable weights world record on Sunday, November 1, going under at the deepest point of the Messinian Bay, Kalamata.
The athlete dived to 146 meters and emerged at 3.6 seconds breaking the world record, as witnessed by AIDA judges, the Worldwide Federation for breath-hold diving, who were on site to record the difficult task.
Stavros Kastrinakis is the founder of the Freediving School, which trains athletes from Greece and abroad. Furthermore, it should be noted that he has already won two World Championships.
