Greek National Defense Minister Panos Kammenos said on Sunday that the Greece ‘s government wants to continue and broaden its cooperation between Greek and Emirati defense companies during his visit at the national pavilion and those of Greek state and private companies participating in the International Defence Exhibition & Conference (IDEX-2015) which opened in Abu Dhabi, at the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Kammenos also visited the pavilions of other countries, including the one set up by the host country. The minister was invited by the Vice-President, Prime Minister and Defense Minister of UAE, as well as Dubai’s constitutional monarch, Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, and was accompanied by Hellenic National Defense General Staff (HNDGS) Chief, General Mikhail Kostarakos and the Chief of the Hellenic Navy, Vice Admiral Evangelos Apostolakis.
