British Airways Launches Flights to Mykonos and Santorini

British Airways Launches Flights to Mykonos and SantoriniPlanes will be flying from London City airport to Greece for the first time in the airport’s history when British Airways (BA) begins two new routes next summer.

From June 29 until September 6, BA will be flying to the Greek islands of Mykonos and Santorini. Mykonos will see four flights a week and Santorini two, while seats go on sale starting today.

BA’s General Manager Commercial at London City, Luke Hayhoe, said: “London City is no longer just a business airport as our growing leisure schedule shows. In recent years we have launched new flights to many popular summer sun spots in Spain, Italy and France but now we are delivering what our customers have asked for – some Greek Island destinations.”
