The no1 selling sports newspaper in Italy “Gazzetta dello Sport” displayed the salaries of all players featured in the Italian Serie A this coming year.
For the first time in history, there are nine Greek players present in Italy’s first division, seven of which took part in the recent Euro 2016 qualifying match against Romania.
AS Roma and Hellas Verona top the list with three players each, Udinese has two and Genoa one.
The most expensive transfer of the year is that of Kostas Manolas who left Olympiacos a few days before the end of the transfer period to move to AS Roma for a total fee of €13m + €2m in bonuses.
This is the list with the annual salaries of all Greek players according to “Gazzetta dello Sport”:

4) Panagiotis Kone Udinese €600k
