Vancouver’s White Lung unleashed their infectious punk tunes live in Australia this week. The band includes Mish Way on vocals, Kenneth William on guitar, Hether Fortune on bass, and Anne-Marie Vassiliou, of Greek heritage, on drums.
This is White Lung’s first trip to Australia and they have already played Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne – with one last show in Melbourne on Monday 9th June. During their energetic performance at the Tote in Melbourne, Vassiliou effortlessly and tirelessly led the fast-paced rhythm.
White Lung has recently signed with Domino Records for the release of their highly anticipated third album, Deep Fantasy, on June 17th. The album is the follow-up to their 2012 release Sorry, which received rave reviews.
