athens-rivieraAustralian newspaper Sydney Sunday Telegraph featured an extensive touristic article about Athens Riviera.

The world traveler Amanda Dardanis said she was impressed by the Athenian Riviera and added “it is a fantastic multi-tasking destination for couples, families and business travelers seeking to unwind and experience “island magic” without having to step foot on a ferry.” She wrote about the south Attica Basin coast line that runs for tens of kilometers and is full of “beautiful beaches with blue-flag certified waters.”

She referred to the touristic and archaeological sites that are only a few kilometers away from the city, like Sounion or the Temple of Poseidon, which have a great majestic view equal to that of the Greek island Santorini. She Further endorsed the destination by mentioning the plethora of gastronomical options between taverns and restaurants, as well as high-end resorts.

Finally, she notes that the visitor has “the opportunity to explore the Athenian Riviera and all the options it has to offer thanks to the great weather conditions, especially during summer.”

Meanwhile, she published another article in the New Zealand newspaper “Launceston Examiner” about Santorini. She visited the beaches of the Greek island and said she was rather impressed by the landscape, the architecture of houses, the caves and the general atmosphere that makes the island a magical and dreamy place — a perfect paradise. In the end she noted that what she experienced fully reflects the islands excellent reputation abroad.
