Greek Nutrition Competition Ecotrophelia 2014

ecotropheliaThe Greek Food Industry Association (SEVT) publishes the competition Ecotrophelia 2014 for ecological and innovative nutrition products. The competition, which is held as part of the action of the Greek technological platform “Food for Life” and the European project “Capinfood” will give participating students the possibility to create new products and learn through the process.

It is noted that students are allowed to cooperate with food and beverages companies. The winners in first phase will have the opportunity to showcase their products at the SIAL World Food Exhibition in Paris. The winners that place in the top three will also receive a money grant. The second phase of the competition will be held during the Exhibition between all winning countries on a European level.
