Teacher Murdered in Thessaloniki

A vicious attack late this evening in the area of Xerokrini in Thessaloniki, Greece, has left a 67-year-old retired Theology teacher dead in a pool of his own blood. The attack took place in the apartment of the deceased, whose name has yet to be released by the authorities.
The murdered teacher was allegedly attacked with a knife and stabbed multiple times in the abdomen and stomach. The police were called around 6pm when other residents of the building heard shouts from the victim’s apartment.
On reaching the scene, police found the teacher dead in a pool of blood, apparently naked from the waist down. A suspect is in custody at the Thessaloniki police station. According to neighbors the alleged attacker is a young foreigner, whom it is claimed was having a sexual relationship with the murdered teacher.
