Airline companies have once again voted Athens for the incentives and support program of the Athens International Airport, Eleftherios Venizelos, which for another year is a candidate airport for the World Routes Airport Marketing Awards 2013.
According to an announcement issued by the AIA, airline companies continue giving a very positive message for the continuous and dynamic support provided by the airport in such negative and critical times for the economy and the airline industry.
The fact that the world’s airline companies voted Athens once again, is a significant recognition of the continuously growing and evolving support and immediate response of the AIA in current conditions, with the additional provision of targeted stimulus to companies, which correspond to a reduce of airport charges up to 70% for the winter 2013-2014.
The final evaluation of the airports and their competitive advantages will be realized by a group of specialists in the airline industry early October in Las Vegas in the framework of the World Route Development Forum World Routes 2013.
