The Hellenic Museum of Melbourne, officially announced its cooperation with the Benaki Museum at an event held on its premises in the presence of many art lovers.
The announcement was made by the chairman of the Nafsika Stamoulis Foundation, under the auspices of which Harris Stamoulis operates the museum, and characterized the Benaki Museum as one of the most prominent museums in the world.
The Museum CEO John Tatoulis mentioned that initially the Benaki Museum will inaugurate a permanent exhibition on the premises of the Hellenic Museum of Melbourne from the beginning of the following year.
Greek-Australian Minister of Multicultural Affairs of Victoria Nick Kotsiras expressed his great satisfaction with the agreement and noted that the Benaki Museum exhibits will attract the wider Australian community.
