Greek-Canadian John Lioudakis Still Missing

John LioudakisJohn Lioudakis, a Greek-Canadian who has been missing after he vacationed in Mazatlan, Mexico is still to be found. The Toronto Police Service had issued a missing report on June 21st asking the public to help locate John.

John Lioudakis, 39, was last seen on Thursday, May 23, 2013, at 6:30 a.m., at Toronto Pearson International airport. It is believed he boarded a flight bound for Mexico. It remains unknown if he is still in Mexico or has returned to Canada.

He apparently sent a text message from his cell phone in which he attached a map of an area on the Mazatlán-Culiacán highway. Since then, neither friends nor family have heard from him but stated he was staying at the Crowne Hotel in Mazatlán while vacationing in Mexico. He was not expected to be gone for this amount of time and has not made any contact with his family.

He is described as white with an olive complexion, 6’2″, 220 lbs, with a muscular build, with a tattoo of a animal on his right calf and a scar on his right forearm. He was last seen wearing grey pants, a T−shirt with a “jack jones” logo on the front.

His family and friends have created a Facebook page (Help Find John Lioudakis) and a website: www.helpfindjohnlioudakis.com.
