Suspension of 25,000 Civil Servants Uncertain?

diathesimotitaWith two provisional orders issued by the Court of First Instance, two school guards who were suspended can now return to their duties.
According to their lawyer, this paves the way for other employees that have been suspended.
The school guards in Agioi Anargyroi and Agia Varvara, Attica, Greece, will return to their work until a further court decision.
As the guards’ lawyer A. Papaconstantinou stated, his clients “are exiting  suspension and returning to their service with a full salary.”
The decisions of the Court of First Instance, which exclusively concern the two appellants, are valid until the case of decisions for applications of insurance measures that have been exercised, that is approximately until the end of next October.
In their application for issuing of the provisional order, the school guards in question invoked irreparable harm, which they suffered from the suspension based on provisions of the Law.
According to the two school guards’ advocate, the judgment of the Court of First Instance is a positive element for other categories of employees as well as teachers, municipal policemen and others.
