Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs, Kyriakos Gerontopoulos was informed about matters that concern the Greek Diaspora, during his visit in Germany on July 13-14.
Gerontopoulos met with organizations of the Greek Diaspora, participated in celebrations for the 50 years since the foundation of the Metropolis in Germany, while he attended the events of the Hellenic-Bavarian Friendship organized by the municipality of Munich.
The Deputy Foreign Minister met on July13 in the morning, in Nuremberg, with organizations of Greek Diaspora of the region and then went to Munich, where he met with representatives of the Greek communities there.
He got informed about the matters that concern them, while he listened to their problems and questions. Gerontopoulos attended the Liturgy in the Holy Church of All Saints and he visited the Cultural Center of All Saints where he discussed with the Greek Diaspora.
On July 14, the Deputy Minister attended the celebrations of the Hellenic-Bavarian Friendship at Munich’s central square and referred, among others, to the construction of a Greek school in Munich.
