Fur Shop Riddled with Kalashnikov in Crete

gouna_473_355The first light of June 21 revealed a Kalashnikov attack against a fur trade shop in the region of Analispsi, Hersonissos in Heraklion. The incident confirms the “war” which started many years ago against fur trade businesses of the region with similar hits.
As cretalive reports, the fur shop that belongs to two brothers from Northern Greece was riddled with Kalashnikov bullets, which hit the glass, the walls and other parts of the business.
According to the newspaper Patris, at the time of the shooting, around  3.10 a.m., the shop was closed. Media reports refer that there’s an indoor camera, which cannot “see” the road, while the camera of the neighboring shop wasn’t recording.
The fur shop has been operating for the last three years and its owners allegedly told the police that they have no idea who might be behind the shootings, they have never had any threats or problems with anyone for such an act to be justified.
