The local community of the region of Kalavryta, is shocked by the suicide of a 26- year-old man who was abandoned by his fiancée. According to information on thebest.gr, the young man from Planitero visited the girl he was in love with, at her home at 16:30. He tried to convince her to follow him, explaining that he wanted to be with her.
However, despite his desperate efforts, she refused to give in. Her refusal led him to her porch where he shot himself in the head and died instantly.
