A lawsuit has been filed against a 50-year-old gynecologist, appointed to a hospital of Athens, by the Economic Police for the operation of a clinic without having statutory authorization.
During a clinic control, the provision of medical services for money was confirmed, ranging from 40 to 70 euros without issuing proof of service.
Moreover, 55 pregnancy monitoring cards, which reveal the hospital in which the 50-year-old man was appointed, along with 236 different gynecological examinations were found.
Furthermore, a tax inspection has also been conducted, where violations of Tax Code Imaging Trade Association (KFAS) have been revealed as well.
