Women from Colombia and men from Britain were voted as the sexiest on the planet from 31,000 women and 13,000 men, readers of the famous American site Misstravel.com.
The online magazine which specializes in service appointments for travelers, asked its readership in which countries they have met the sexiest people and their answers were surprising.
The top ten sexiest men are: 1) British 2) Irish 3) Brazilians 4) Swedes 5) Americans 6) Spanish 7) Scotsmen 8) French 9) Greeks and 10) Puerto Ricans.
The top ten sexiest women are: 1) Colombian 2) Brazilian 3) Americans 4) Spanish 5) Russian 6) Dutch 7) French women 8) Bulgarian 9) Swedish and 10) Italians.
The readers voted in that particular way because of Sofia Vergara (from Colombia) and David Bechkam (from Britain), both of whom are considered very hot in the US.
Moreover, many commented on the fact that Italians are not on the men’s list, which questions the myth of the Latin lover.
