The Turkish vessel then sailed west towards the island of Paros, before heading south to the islands of Sifnos and Antiparos, according to Greek daily Proto Thema.
In its official announcement the Hellenic National Defence General Staff said that the Turkish ship exited the Greek territorial waters at 2:30 p.m. from between the islands of Milos and Folegandros.
The Bozcaada, which left the port of Izmir, was constantly followed by a Greek Navy frigate and rocket ship throughout its voyage.
In 2012 alone, at least another three times have Turkish corvettes chosen to violate Greek territorial waters near the Cyklades Islands complex in order to make a shortcut to the Eastern Mediterranean, reported news agency ANAMPA.
