To mark the 10th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between FYROM and Turkey, Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoğlu, during his two-day visit to the neighboring country, said that: “FYROM is my second home. We support FYROM over the conflict regarding the name. We are not just your friends, but we also feel that FYROM is our homeland. We have been closely linked with your country and our relationships ‘run deeper than blood’. That’s the words from the bottom of my heart.”
Davutoglou was to meet Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski in Skopje, as well as the Parliament Speaker, Traiko Velianovski, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Nikola Poposki.
