90 year-old Betty White is so white-hot that people can bid to go on a date with her…all for a good cause.
The part-Greek actress is auctioning off a dinner date for The Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. Bidding starts at $1,000 and proceeds will benefit spcaLA.
The auction opens up on eBay Dec. 3 and runs through Dec. 10 via the spcaLA website. The winner will be able to bring three friends along as they eat at one of White’s favorite restaurants in Los Angeles. Company president Madeline Bernstein will also join the group.
White has been a long time supporter of spcaLA. Currently, she stars on the television show “Hot in Cleveland,” and is most famous for her role as Rose Nylund on “The Golden Girls.”
